Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for a full-time, non-exempt role in Massachusetts. The position offers hourly pay based on experience and requires climbing, tree trimming, and operating tools in a safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, debris management, and maintaining equipment and work areas. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred. Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders or heights.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.
• Must be willing to join local union and pay dues.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and splits debris into manageable pieces.
• Safely loads/unloads trucks and feeds debris into wood chipper.
• Sets up barriers and protects employees and the public.
