Job summary

All Seasons Property Maintenance seeks a skilled Tree Trimmer to maintain healthy, safe, and attractive trees for diverse clients. You will trim, prune, and remove branches, operate lifts and rigging gear, and work safely with PPE as part of a crew on varied projects year-round, including snow removal in winter. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree trimming or related landscaping work.
• Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and pruning techniques.
• Ability to operate chainsaws, lifts, and other tree care equipment safely.
• Physical stamina and comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and a safety-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Safely trim, prune, and remove trees and shrubs using handsaws, chainsaws, pole saws, and pruning shears.
• Operate lifts, climbing gear, and rigging equipment to access high or hard-to-reach branches.
• Remove branches interfering with power lines, buildings, or roadways.
• Clear and dispose of debris, ensuring worksites are clean and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Various other landscaping and property maintenance jobs.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
