Moon Valley Nurseries is hiring a Planting Crew member in Phoenix, AZ. You will plant trees and shrubs according to landscape plans, maintain proper spacing and alignment, and keep work areas tidy.

You’ll follow fertilization techniques and safety protocols while collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines. The role requires physical work outdoors, adherence to safety rules, and flexibility to work any day.

Qualifikationen

• Capable of performing manual labor.
• Experience in landscaping/horticulture is preferred but not required.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Aufgaben

• Plant trees, shrubs per landscape plans and specs.
• Follow proper fertilization and planting techniques to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading plants, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper PPE usage for safety.
• Be aware of Blue Stake/811 colors to prevent underground damage and follow safety guidelines.
• Available to work any day of the week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
