Job summary

Easy Tree Service in Minnesota is seeking a grounds person to join our field team. You will help keep job sites organized, safe, and aligned with customer expectations.

If you love outdoor work, staying active, and taking pride in task completion, this role offers daily variety and hands-on responsibilities.

You will clean up sites, operate small machinery (bobcat), and help ensure every project ends with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to use many different lawn care tools and types of equipment.
• Physically fit enough to stand most of the day.

• Operate small machinery (bobcat).
