Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license. CDL is a plus with pay incentive.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse job sites.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Experience with chainsaws/chippers preferred, training available for eager learners.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance duties as directed by Foreman with safety first.
• Assist Arborists with tree removals, pruning, and debris disposal.
• Learn proper tool use and safety from experienced crew members.
• Safely operate gear like chippers and chainsaws to perform tasks.
• Keep sites clean and hazard-free; report safety issues promptly.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in general groundskeeping as needed.
