Job summary

Knothead Tree & Lawn Care is seeking a skilled Tree Groundsperson to join our Castle Rock team. You will maintain and care for trees on clients' properties, focusing on health, safety, and aesthetic appeal, in collaboration with arborists and grounds staff.

The role requires experience in tree care, safe operation of equipment like chainsaws, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on busy sites in Colorado. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tree Groundsperson or similar role.
• Knowledge of tree care and maintenance techniques.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees.
• Identify and diagnose tree health issues and provide treatment.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
