Job summary

HTM Contractors, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Tree Driver/Laborer for a full-time role at $20 per hour. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with weekly pay.

Medical and dental insurance begin after 4 weeks at 20+ hours weekly. Additional benefits include 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO annually, life insurance, profit sharing and a 401K with company match. You will operate top-of-the-line equipment, apply climbing and rigging techniques, and contribute to a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Motivated candidate with strong attitude and drive.
• Tree care experience preferred.
• Able to work with top-of-the-line equipment and climbing/rigging techniques.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Secure work zones with traffic signage, cones, arrow board.
• Be a safety person while bucket trimmers and/or climbers are in trees.
• Clean up debris from trimming and removals.
• Rake and blow areas for final clean up.
• Load tools and equipment and return to baseyard.

Join our team to work on technical tree care projects using top-of-the-line equipment and industry-standard climbing and rigging techniques. We’re looking for motivated candidates with strong attitudes, drive, and tree care experience.
Pay & Schedule:

• $20 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Weekly Pay
