Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Tree Climber Team Lead to guide a crew and oversee daily operations. This leadership role requires hands-on pruning and removal, planning daily tasks, mentoring the crew, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety protocols. Hours are 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on a tree crew.
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus.
