Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in North Dallas seeks an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2- to 4-person crew for year-round work. You will perform removal, pruning and preservation tasks, while ensuring safety and professional client interaction.

You must have 2+ years of climbing experience, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to climb daily; paid training is provided to keep skills current and compliant with ANSI standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years experience of tree climbing.
• Physical ability to climb every day.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with crew leader and coworkers to maintain professional image.
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture.
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Understanding of aerial lift operations.

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in North Dallas, is searching for an experienced Tree Climber!

As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for Tree Crew. Climbers are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating with effectively with crew. Climbers play a key role in communicating with clients and public near the job site.

What a Tree Climber Does
