Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber on our General Tree Care Team in Vineyard Haven, MA. You will work outdoors, visit properties, perform climbing and pruning duties using safe techniques to preserve and enhance landscapes.

This is a physically active role requiring teamwork and safety awareness. Competitive pay ranges from $30–$40 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining professional standards.
