Arbor Masters in the United States is hiring a Tree Climber to join our tree care team. You will operate bucket and claw trucks, perform pruning and removals, and support crew safety and efficiency on each job.

The role emphasizes hands-on climbing, rigging, and tool maintenance in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The successful candidate has climb experience, strength for outdoor work, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2-3 years rope and saddle climbing experience with knots and rigging.
• Ability to work at heights above 10 feet and outdoors in various weather.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy and power equipment including bucket/claw trucks and saws.
• Repair, sharpen, and maintain equipment and tools.
• Perform basic felling and rigging and aerial rigging over obstacles.
• Load, inspect, fuel, and transport equipment and materials.
• Brief crew, set up work zones, and follow safety PPE.
• Conduct job/site risk assessments and walk-throughs with homeowners.
• Communicate with crew and assist in debris cleanup.
