Dairy Queen in Bigfork, MT is seeking a positive Crew Member/Chill Staff to help deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will assemble and present completed treat orders, stock and clean work areas, and work with the team to maintain safety, cleanliness and quality for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to customers.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including chill equipment following health and safety standards.
• Work as a team member to assure quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
• Clean work area, stock needed items and move items to the immediate work area.
• Rotate and stock products properly.
• Complete prep work for stocking and setup of chill area.
• Control the food production process.
• Break down and clean the chill area at end of day.
• Wash counters, tables, restrooms and dispose of trash; sweep and mop.
• Occasionally assist with outside tasks like parking lot maintenance and trash removal.
• Inform supervisor promptly of problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
