Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician for its REST Program in Waynesburg, PA. You’ll help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal, working as part of the treatment team.

Responsibilities include supporting overnight programming, monitoring safety, assisting with intakes and documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff. Training is provided, and a supportive team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery is welcomed.
