Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) in Youngwood, PA, is hiring a Treatment Support Technician for our halfway house. You will support residents during overnight programming, help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to stay awake overnight, a valid driver’s license, and clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI), plus a drug screen, 2-step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

What you need?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
