Job summary

The TFC community liaison role at New Mexico Solutions will be supervised by the TFC Program Manager to oversee assigned program areas and ensure coordination, direct services, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services or health-related field (including counseling, social work, psychology).
  • Two+ years of experience in the social services field or related work.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving privileges.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee treatment foster care program activities under supervision.
  • Support training and onboarding for new staff and foster families.
  • Engage in community outreach and program promotion.
  • Maintain documentation to meet regulatory standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist in staff development and productivity efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide direct services.
