Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator in Utah to enhance the patient experience using our G3 approach.

You will help patients feel welcome whether they are visiting for treatment or calling to schedule and assist with financial arrangements. Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, reviewing benefits and financing, coordinating scheduling, and collaborating with doctors and front office teams to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience from

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Overview

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams
