Job summary

Dental365 in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to enhance the patient experience beyond the front desk. You will greet patients warmly, manage calls, verify insurance, and present treatment plan breakdowns in line with providers' recommendations.

The role requires at least two years of dental treatment planning experience, proficiency with practice management software, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

HIRING SCHEDULE

• Monday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
• Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
