Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is looking for a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with scheduling, verify insurance, and help with financial arrangements for treatment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient consultation processes.
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and improve case acceptance.
• Experience discussing treatment fees, payment options, financing, and insurance benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Overview

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
