About The Role

The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options. This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options.
