Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technology Product & Platform Manager (Treasury) to lead delivery for SAP ECC/S4, JAVA and SWIFT platforms. You will define strategic vision for the Treasury product, coordinate with business partners, and drive cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

The role requires strong Finance/Treasury knowledge, SDLC discipline, and experience with cloud-based delivery and regulatory compliance. 5% travel.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: set a clear product vision and multi-generation strategy.
• Business Technology Interface: align with business, prioritize items, assure delivery.
• Business Requirements Analysis: define drivers and requirements, prototype and test.
• Program oversight: track treasury system development, report to leaders.
• Team Development: lead projects, coach peers, promote knowledge sharing.
• Vendor Management: evaluate vendors, ensure security and compliance.

Education

Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
