Job summary

Point72’s Technology team seeks a leader to align treasury technology with strategic business objectives. You will drive platform-scale product buildouts, develop analytics for liquidity and collateral optimization, and manage critical stakeholder relationships across Treasury and Technology.

You will guide a cross-functional team, implement modern cloud-native solutions, and apply ML-driven insights to enhance risk management and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a technical team and align business needs with technology delivery.
• Ability to translate complex technical and risk concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data science and ML concepts in practical business contexts.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-ready architectures across AWS, GCP, and Azure; microservices, streaming, NoSQL.
• Expertise in web technologies (Python, Java, GraphQL, APIs, node, React, Angular).
• Experience using AI tooling to build models, MCPs, and capability mappings.
• Solid treasury knowledge: liquidity risk, margin modeling, collateral management, and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical product buildout to optimize the current application inventory and scale the platform for future needs.
• Develop software and analytics to advance liquidity, margin, collateral, and funding optimization.
• Manage and grow Treasury-Technology stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and grow a team of product specialists, analysts, quantitative strategists, and developers.
• Ensure alignment of financing, margin, and stock loan requirements with architecture strategy.
• Provide input on tooling for margin and collateral optimization.
• Support liquidity regulatory enquiries and cross-functional project delivery.
• Allocate resources to projects per business analysis and development priorities.
