Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst to advance treasury technology, optimize processes, and deliver robust solutions within our treasury operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across TFS and affiliates to support system configuration, testing, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in treasury or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for querying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• WSS and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Wall Street Suite (WSS) modules, including transaction processing, cash management, and accounting functions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating WSS configurations to support treasury products, business requirements, and compliance standards.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Research, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving application issues related to transaction processing, cash management, and accounting activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support treasury operations and business decision-making.
• Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and approval artifacts in accordance with established governance and control procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch implementations, and enhancement projects to support system reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities, and enhance the efficiency of treasury operations.
• Build knowledge of treasury operations, financial products, and treasury systems while contributing to ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives.
