Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients in the Washington, DC area. You will execute strategic plans, develop cross-functional partnerships, and manage client relationships with a focus on working capital solutions.

The role requires 5 years of relevant sales experience, English fluency, and a commitment to obtaining the CTP within 12 months. CFA designation and treasury knowledge are preferred assets for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Deep understanding of the bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.
• English language fluency required.
• Preferred: 7+ years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Preferred: CFA Designation.
• Preferred: Up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices.
• Preferred: Subject matter expertise in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and develop partnerships with lines of business and internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and portfolio growth objectives for the assigned client portfolio.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning.
• Independently manage a portfolio of clients with Treasury Solutions needs.
• Participate in developing detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provide client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
• Follow applicable policies and procedures and proactively elevate issues and risks to leadership.
• Consult with clients through in-person, email, voicemail, and virtual meeting communications.
• Accurately report sales efforts, sales progression, and sales revenue.
