Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers on the Middle Market Team.
• Coordinates industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning.
• Maintains accuracy of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Produces portfolio analyses including profitability and revenue trends.
• Coordinates KYC onboarding and client readiness with AML and onboarding teams.
• Assists CMP with client planning, calls, meetings, and revenue tracking.
• Develops proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning.
• Works with Treasury Sales Officer on pricing strategies, including non-standard pricing.
• Collaborates with Product Specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
• Supports client onboarding, implementation, and training activities.
• Ensures accuracy of sales data, pathways, and profitability reporting.
• Involves in-person calling and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities.
• Manages escalated service issues with appropriate resources.
• Prepares analysis and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Gathers documentation for card agreements and submission for implementation.
