Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced treasury sales professional in the United States (Arizona) to manage treasury revenue streams and drive product penetration within an assigned Business Banking client portfolio.

The role involves partnering with multiple enterprise teams, leading pricing discussions, and driving adoption of digital payments while aligning treasury solutions to client needs. Daily client interactions and strategic dialogues are key to success.

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned Business Banking client portfolio
• Pursue client prospect opportunities outside the assigned portfolio
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Implementation Advisors, Service Partners, Card Managers, Liquidity Specialists, and other enterprise partners
• Position US and sometimes international treasury solutions aligned with client needs
• Conduct daily virtual interactions with client contacts
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products
• Drive adoption of mobile, digital, and real‑time payments
• Lead strategic client dialogues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning
• Participate in the Client Management Process for client acquisition and relationship deepening
• Manage solution implementation from start to finish
• Drive revenue and product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses, call preparation, and client‑facing treasury presentations
• Evaluate treasury solutions through client cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses
• Maintain client focus and awareness of bank operations, treasury products, and industry trends
• Communicate updated client, product, and industry information to Relationship Managers and core team members
• Maintain goal achievement and performance metrics

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned with client treasury operations KPIs
• Ability to foster strong partnerships and build rapport with client contacts
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction
• Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
• Understanding of bank structure and global cash management products and services
• Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines
• Ability and willingness to adopt new technology, including AI
• 1st shift availability
• 40 hours per week

Demonstrates expertise in treasury management and cash management, with a strong focus on client relationship building, revenue growth, and strategic solution implementation. Proficient in leveraging data analytics to drive product penetration and client satisfaction while adhering to risk guidelines.
