Analytics Manager - Treasury Operations
Location: Toms River, NJ
Hybrid / Remote 2 days per week
Salary: To $130K plus incentives

Responsibilities
- Lead the Treasury Management operational analytics and reporting for the company with oversight and maintenance of all Treasury Management products and services technology.
- Provide leadership with financial and management reporting, performance management, hiring resources and operational oversight.
- Establishes clearly defined control monitoring strategy and plan with visibility to results.
- Creates executive level presentations as needed.
- Provides reporting feedback and support for the team.
- Provide updates as necessary on process, procedures, etc. to the Treasury Management department leadership.
- Develops, implements and sustains reporting routines for group objectives, including periodic progress reporting on those plans.
- Manages all ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting.
- Centrally guides, directs and facilitates the execution of the Department's ongoing monitoring activities and disseminates this information to appropriate risk and compliance managers.
- Creates, maintains and executes escalation routines that alert partner and impacted internal groups.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit and Operations.
- Day-to-day/Operational contact for product and service-related vendors.
- Develops Treasury Management Ops & Analytics planning documents, goals and budgets.
- Assists in the development of training materials for Treasury products and services in partnership with Treasury Management.
- Performs and/or coordinates ongoing maintenance and upgrade testing for assigned application systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of management experience required.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures associated with treasury management.
- P&L responsibility and Treasury product experience preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of related bank Operations and Treasury product management experience.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, primarily Excel, and its analytical, formula, and financial functions (specifically V-Look-ups, Pivot Tables and Sum If formulas.
- Strong research, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
