Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Brokerage Operations Associate Analyst within Treasury’s Cash Management Services.

You will support money movement transactions, reconciliation, and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and client experience. You will help resolve payment inquiries, perform reconciliation, and analyze payment metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Payment Operations, Treasury Operations, or related financial services.
• Experience with reconciliation, exception management, or cash operations with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of electronic payments (wires, ACH, check) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess risk and apply sound judgment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve client payment inquiries and requests; process money movement payments and exceptions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service-level expectations.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of suspense accounts, identify root causes of discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
• Identify trends, risks, and control gaps within payment workflows, and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain and enhance operational procedures, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and analyze payment metrics and operational insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Contribute to business initiatives, projects, and team coverage during high-volume periods.
