Job summary

Capital One Travel Treasury is seeking an Associate, Treasury to join a fast-paced, analytical team. You will be the operational engine of liquidity and cash management, executing daily operations, managing workflows, and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will collaborate across divisions, perform financial analysis to inform senior leadership decisions, and support risk management through proper SOD practices. This role emphasizes accuracy, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, funding execution support and reporting inputs.
• Handle first-level operational tasks and transactional workflows.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.
• Maintain Segregation of Duties (SOD) to strengthen internal controls.
• Serve as Point of Contact for Treasury support with cross-divisional teams.
