Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to manage cash movement, banking relationships, and scalable processes for real estate funds in a hybrid Fort Worth, TX setting.

You will handle wires, account setup, and quarterly audits, while driving automation and data accuracy across finance operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment operations, fund accounting, fund administration or treasury operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business.
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros) and some Power BI, Alteryx, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Real estate fund operations, collateral management or Advent Geneva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute wires and fund payment flows, including wire and account setup.
• Open, onboard and maintain bank accounts, and fulfill KYC requests from banking partners.
• Manage credit facility, line of credit and collateral activity across counterparties.
• Coordinate tax payables and quarterly payables with the Accounting team.
• Deliver regular balance reporting to the real estate group.
• Support investor requests, capital activity, database updates and expense tracking.
• Find manual processes and lead automation projects using Excel, SQL, VBA or BI tools.

Experience

• Comfortable with a busier first week each month and quarterly audits
• Hybrid, 3 to 4 days a week in office in DFW
