Azamara Cruises is seeking a Manager, Treasury to oversee global liquidity, cash operations, and policy development. You will partner with the Director to shape treasury strategy, manage hedging, reporting, and risk controls, and guide treasury staff through improvements and tech implementations.

The role focuses on cash forecasting, liquidity management, and collaboration with lenders and internal teams to support Azamara's growth and capital plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• 5 to 7 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience required.

Mansioni

• Own daily, short-term and long-term liquidity planning for operating and capital needs.
• Manage domestic and international cash operations, banking relationships, and card programs.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead treasury reporting, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis for leadership.
• Oversee treasury technology and ERP integrations for efficiency improvements.
