ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead daily cash operations, banking activity, trust and escrow administration, payments controls, and treasury reporting. You will collaborate across Finance to optimize liquidity, safeguard assets, and strengthen processes that support firm priorities.

The role emphasizes hands-on cash management with strategic problem solving, trusted banking relationships, and cross-team collaboration. DC/Chicago offices offer an exempt, on-site opportunity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking, accounting, or related function.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts and online banking tools.
• Trust or escrow accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, payment controls, and fraud prevention.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and financial analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily cash positioning across the firm’s bank accounts to ensure liquidity and accuracy.
• Prepare and share clear daily cash reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor balances, funding needs, and cash activity to anticipate requirements and resolve issues.
• Initiate and manage internal transfers and account funding with accuracy and controls.
• Safeguard assets by monitoring banking activity for unusual transactions and fraud risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash utilization and treasury processes.
• Provide financial, operational, and treasury analyses to Finance leadership.
