Job summary

Antora Energy in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Treasury Manager with a strong FP&A background to lead treasury operations and evolve into broader FP&A leadership. The role sits at the intersection of cash management, compliance, and strategic finance, with opportunities to grow while supporting critical business decisions at the highest level.

You will own day-to-day treasury operations, build scalable processes, and partner with executives to drive strategic financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years progressive experience in tax strategy and execution.
• Manager-level experience in Treasury, FP&A, or both.
• Strong cash management, liquidity planning, and inter-company expertise.
• FP&A support for executive-level decision-making.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Comfort in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.

• FP&A & Strategic Finance: partner with executives to support strategic decisions, contribute to planning and analysis.
• Collaborate with a senior FP&A analyst to model scenarios and refine forecasts.
• Leadership & Collaboration: serve as a trusted finance partner and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Position Summary

The Treasury Manager brings treasury management expertise as well as a strong FP&A background to help us manage increasing financial complexity while supporting critical business decisions at the highest level.

This role sits at the intersection of cash management, compliance, and strategic finance. You’ll own Antora’s treasury operations today while growing into a broader FP&A leadership role over time.

Roles & Responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Management

• Own day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, account / entity oversight, and liquidity management
• Design and manage compliant processes for inter-company cash transfers across a growing number of legal entities
• Support compliance with debt financing requirements, including covenant monitoring and lender reporting
• Build scalable treasury processes that grow with the business

FP&A & Strategic Finance Support

• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to support key strategic decisions
• Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Dive into models when needed while collaborating closely with a senior FP&A analyst

Leadership & Collaboration

• • Serve as a trusted finance partner across the organization
  • Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, and external stakeholders
  • Operate with openness, humility, and a strong sense of ownership

Key Qualifications

Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA

Salary Range: $147,000 USD - $160,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual

The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
