The Treasury Manager (individual contributor) at Collins Aerospace will play a critical role in managing the company's financial activities, ensuring optimal liquidity, and mitigating financial risks. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of treasury functions, financial markets, and corporate finance principles.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, treasury, business unit leaders, international finance leaders) to optimize and integrate Treasury processes.
• Support bank account administration and maintain effective communication with external banking partners and internal customers.
• Ensure a strong internal control environment, adhere to policies and procedures, and assist international sites with updates and compliance.
• Ensure internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of Treasury transactions and reports to comply with related policies.
• Assist with special projects, including Financial Working Groups for acquisitions, divestitures, and intercompany capital restructuring.
• Work with systems such as SAP, banking portals, and RTX Treasury tools.
• Travel less than 5%

What You Will Learn

• How to manage international banking projects including opening and closing of bank accounts.
• To lead cross functional teams of internal and external partners to drive results.
• You will become an expert in RTX Treasury tools and processes to manage cash concentration and minimize foreign exchange exposure.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Prior Treasury, Accounting, and/or banking experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or CFA designation
• Electronic online banking system administration experience
• Understanding of foreign exchange hedge accounting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external partners

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
