Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in general bank operations including electronic banking, payment systems and other bank core systems.
• Two years’ experience working with customers in a professional environment on the phone and face to face.
• Experience with diplomacy and professionalism with a variety of customers including senior bank officers.

Responsibilities

• Educate commercial customers on Treasury Management products and services.
• Conduct calls and presentations for TM services at customer locations, Zoom or phone.
• Prepare tailored demos for internal partners and customers.
• Coordinate with TM Implementation Specialist and Bank Servicing Officer.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and calls.
• Develop target market analysis for TM services.
