Job summary

Axos Bank's Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week, immersive experience in a technology-driven financial environment. You will participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy courses, and Corporate Finance Institute trainings, plus a volunteer day.

As the Treasury Management Sales Intern, you will support onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management within Commercial Banking, gaining hands-on exposure to banking processes and client service

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service‑level agreements.
• Support the development of process maps, procedures, and 'Rules of Engagement' for sales teams.
• Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
• Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.

Join Axos Bank's immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.

Session 1: May 25 - August 13

Session 2: June 14 - September 3

The Treasury Management Sales Intern will support various teams within the Commercial Banking division, including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn about banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
