Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Treasury Management onboarding specialist to collaborate with Advisors, Managers, and clients for onboarding and training. You will serve as the initial contact for onboarding, manage documentation and implementation, and ensure ongoing compliance and risk reviews.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in banking support, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers, and clients to onboard and train clients with treasury management services.
• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding and implementation support.
• Onboard and support all Treasury Management services, including documentation, implementation, maintenance, updates, compliance, and risk reviews.
• Act as the first point of contact to high-value commercial clients for problem resolution.
• Complete quality assurance on all implementations.
• Adhere to Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Remain current on Treasury Management products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Provide training to commercial clients using Treasury Management products and services.
• Cross-train on all Treasury Management onboarding functionality and provide backup to other organizational areas as needed.
• Provide project-based support for commercial clients during product updates.
• Perform prolonged deskwork and frequent use of computers, keyboards, phones, and office equipment.
• Occasionally lift and carry light objects, typically up to 10-15 pounds.
• Occasionally reach for items on shelves or in drawers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience with 5 or more years of commercial banking support or Treasury Management support experience
• Demonstrated service-oriented skill set
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills to establish and manage multiple client priorities
• Ability to establish and manage expectations for clients and internal partners
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Clear and effective communication in person and over the phone
• Ability to move within an office environment
• Must meet compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by state and federal law, regulation, and company policies and procedures
