Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in the United States (Texas region) seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking. You will generate treasury management business, grow client relationships, and leverage deep product knowledge to craft localized market strategies with bankers, service teams, and product leadership.

You will lead strategic client dialogues, coordinate complex reviews with industry specialists, and drive solutions across core cash, card and commerce offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business and prospects.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Propose new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.

Job responsibilities

• Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework
• Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviews
• Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions
• Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
• Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
