U.S. Bank is seeking a role that serves as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and the bank. You will maintain and grow client relationships by delivering comprehensive support, proactively identifying issues, and recommending suitable products and services to meet client needs.

You will develop knowledge of assigned areas through regular client interaction and adherence to standard procedures, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and compliance.

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in financial services.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with department-specific systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in financial services industry

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.00 - 33.00
