Job summary

PNC is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor in the Northern Virginia/Greater Washington Market. This in-office role focuses on growing client relationships, expanding revenue, and delivering the full range of PNC products and services with an emphasis on risk management and client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles, a Bachelors degree, and a track record in relationship management, credit analysis and sales opportunities. Salary is transparent with incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Experience in treasury management or business banking is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, including origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by proposing ideas based on client needs and their financial well-being and increases client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present the full range of PNC products and services.
• Analyzes, evaluates and mitigates credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.
