  • Review Limited Partner (LP) capital calls and distributions, including working papers, accounting entries, notices and payment packs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to fund documentation and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee liquidity across fund structures and approve cross-currency and inter-entity transfers in partnership with Operations.
  • Review borrowing bases, compliance certificates and lender documentation for credit facility drawdowns, rollovers and repayments, confirming covenant compliance.
  • Identify and resolve exceptions and control issues, maintain operating procedures and control documentation, and support audit and governance requests.
  • Oversee workflow allocation, priorities and key performance indicators, serve as an escalation point for stakeholders, and provide guidance and quality feedback to Analysts.
  • Support change initiatives and new-client onboarding, including requirements definition, user acceptance testing, control design, automation and post-implementation review.
What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of private markets, including fund structures, capital activity and credit facilities.
  • Experience with eFront or a similar accounting platform is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with large datasets, pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookup functions, macros and advanced calculations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and banking portals, including preparing and reviewing wire instructions, is desirable.
  • A strong risk and control mindset, with attention to detail, sound judgment and a disciplined approach to escalation and evidence.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience supporting or coaching colleagues; degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
