Genesee & Wyoming Inc. is seeking a Manager, Treasury to lead cash management, debt compliance, and accounts receivable. The role reports to the CFO and supervises the cash application and collections teams, ensuring strong controls and liquidity across the company.

The successful candidate will manage daily liquidity, banking relationships, and debt facilities, while partnering with internal teams to optimize working capital and implement treasury policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash positioning across all bank accounts.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury policy compliance.
• Prepare short-term cash forecasts and liquidity reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections.
