Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of financial principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI or automation tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across treasury teams.
• Prior internship or coursework in corporate finance, treasury, or financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash flow analysis and forecasting, tracking liquidity across Inspire Brands’ operations.
• Support bank account management, maintaining records and documentation.
• Conduct financial data analysis using Excel and treasury systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring debt and capital market activities, preparing financial reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to fraud prevention and loss mitigation strategies, analyzing transaction data for potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional treasury teams to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with compliance efforts by supporting audits, internal controls, and treasury policy reviews.
• Work on process improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies in cash management and payments workflows.
