Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking an onsite year-round Treasury intern in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will support daily treasury management activities, run reports, reconcile cash, input transactions and benchmark Treasury activity.

In this internship you will gain hands-on experience with month-end close, journal entries, SARBOX compliance and implementing new treasury systems, while maintaining Treasury files and handling special projects.

Qualifications

• Sophomore standing or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Graduation date on or after May 2029.
• Available to work onsite year-round; 20 hours per week during school and full-time during breaks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily treasury operations.
• Perform daily reconciliation of banking activities.
• Perform reconciliation of cash applied.
• Assist with month end close process and journal entries.
• Assist with SARBOX and quarterly compliance requirements.
• Monitor and track key treasury operational benchmarks.
• Assist in the implementation of new treasury systems and procedures.
• Maintain Treasury Department files.
• Handle special assignments as assigned by supervisor.
• Plan and prioritize work activities.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.

As an onsite year-round Treasury intern, you will support daily treasury management activities to include running reports, reconciling cash, inputting transactions, and benchmarking treasury activity.

For this year-round internship, you will be required to work on-site in Oshkosh, Wisconsin throughout the year.

YOUR IMPACT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working toward a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Graduation date on or after May 2029.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $37.00
