Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a professional to lead and coordinate treasury product implementations for large corporate clients. You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate deployment of treasury solutions across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional partners to meet client timelines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years banking experience with Treasury Management products or project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and host moderate to complex project calls with client, sales and operations partners.
• Ability to meet implementation deadlines and escalate to resolve client issues.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository products and services.
• Providing relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners (e.g., Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) and vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior banking experience, knowledge of Treasury Management products, and/or project management experience with proven client interaction abilities.
• Comfortable being a client advocate
• Able to work independent of direct supervision
• Comfortable leading and hosting moderate to complex project calls with client, sales and operation partners
• Ability to hold self, sales and operations partners accountable for meeting implementation deadline
• Ability to escalat appropriately to resolve client escalations and to meet and exceed client’s implementation timeline
• Problem/solving/analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable excelling in a metric and timeline driven environment
• Great interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Project Management
• Proven track record of servicing Large Corporate or Commercial Clients
• Lead moderate to complex Treasury implementations
• Bilingual- Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Chinese, or Japanese
• Experience working with Global Clients.

Pay & Benefits Information

Pay range $30.25 - $45.60 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
