UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join the Treasury Team. This role requires advanced financial analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional and funding regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of finance/accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and/or accounting.

Responsabilités

• Complete monthly financial management reports and analyze variances.
• Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with policies.
• Perform complex reconciliations of transactions and accounts.
• Provide financial guidance to departments and respond to inquiries.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
