The program seeks a current Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore to senior standing and advanced Excel skills; experience with AI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently a Bachelor's Degree student in sophomore–senior standing.
• Must not have graduated before start date.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience using AI tools for research or analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Support the Treasury team through financial analysis and analytical project work supporting core Treasury functions.
• Assist with risk management initiatives, including interest rate risk analysis and asset liability management (ALM) activities.
• Support liquidity management activities and investment portfolio reporting.
• Complete project-based analysis and research while contributing to ongoing Treasury business needs.
• Collaborate with Treasury professionals, analysts, and leaders supporting liquidity management, investments, asset liability management, and risk management activities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and team discussions to gain exposure to multiple Treasury functions and enterprise-wide financial decision-making.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
