Responsibilities

Tracks and evaluates cash sources to invest funds and optimize interest income.
Analyzes cash flows, interest rates, and reports for budget/audit needs.
Maintains relationships with banks, investment managers, and consultants.
Directs bonded debt activities, including compliance, arbitrage, and debt service.
Keeps detailed procedures for treasury activities current.
Oversees retirement plans reporting, committee meetings, and investment allocations.
Directs audit/actuarial work for retirement plans and distributes final reports.
Manages unclaimed property reporting and related compliance.
Manages banking/investment/vendor contracts for treasury.
Leads staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
