Job summary

Long Ridge Partners in New York City seeks a Vice President for its Treasury Capital Markets team to lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of subscription credit facilities and NAV-backed financings.

You will manage lender relationships, coordinate with legal and internal teams to document and close transactions, and support debt capital markets activities. The role requires deep knowledge of fund structures and liquidity management within alternative asset management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fund finance, treasury capital markets, banking, or credit markets.
• Experience with subscription credit facilities, NAV financing and other fund-level leverage products.
• Experience leading financing transactions and negotiating credit documentation.

Job description

Our client is one of the largest alternative asset managers, looking to hire a Vice President on its Treasury Capital Markets team. This person will report into the head of Treasury Capital Markets and join an exceptionally lean, high-impact team supporting over $100B of fund-level financing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new subscription and NAV-backed credit facilities, coordinating with lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams to manage transactions from initial structuring through documentation, syndication, and closing.
• Manage the ongoing lifecycle of legacy credit facilities, including overseeing extensions, amendments, and refinancing, while working with lenders and counsel to update documentation and align terms with current market standards and internal precedent.
• Collaborate across business lines to assess current and forward-looking liquidity requirements and ongoing covenant compliance.
• Support debt capital markets activities, including corporate bond issuances, by coordinating with internal teams, banking partners, and advisors on transaction execution and documentation.
• Lead the preparation and review of lender diligence materials and proactively address ad hoc inquiries from deal teams, finance personnel, and senior leadership.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across the Treasury platform in partnership with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in fund finance, treasury capital markets, banking, or credit markets.
• Significant experience with subscription credit facilities, NAV financing and other fund-level leverage products.
• Demonstrated experience leading financing transactions, managing lender relationships, and negotiating credit documentation.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, liquidity management, and capital markets dynamics within alternative asset management industry.
