Job summary

Headfarmer is partnering on a search for a rapidly growing healthcare services organization. The Treasury Manager will oversee cash positioning, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations across a multi-entity portfolio.

This role drives short- and long-term forecasting, fiduciary reporting, and process improvements within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will report to the Director of Treasury and have exposure to acquisitions and new entity developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CTP a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience.
• Strong cash forecasting and liquidity management background.
• Healthcare, multi-entity, or joint venture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management and liquidity across a multi-entity, JV-heavy structure.
• Short- and long-term cash forecasting, liquidity modeling, and executive-level treasury reporting.
• Banking relationships—account setup/closure, signatory management, system access controls.
• Treasury support for new entity development, acquisitions, and JV integrations.
• Treasury policy, internal controls, and audit support.
• Process improvement and treasury technology/automation initiatives.
• Direct supervision of Treasury Analyst(s), with growth potential as the team scales.

About the role:

This company operates a growing network of joint ventures and affiliated entities, and the Treasury Manager plays a central role in keeping the financial engine running — cash positioning, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations across the entire portfolio.

What you'll own:

• Daily cash management and liquidity across a multi-entity, JV-heavy structure
• Short- and long-term cash forecasting, liquidity modeling, and executive-level treasury reporting
• Banking relationships — account setup/closure, signatory management, system access controls, and banking product optimization
• Treasury support for new entity development, acquisitions, and JV integrations, including debt facilities and financing activities
• Treasury policy, internal controls, and audit support
• Process improvement and treasury technology/automation initiatives
• Direct supervision of Treasury Analyst(s), with growth potential as the team scales

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CTP a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience
• Strong cash forecasting and liquidity management background
• Healthcare, multi-entity, or joint venture experience preferred
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills and comfort with treasury management systems and ERPs
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can help drive process transformation, not just maintain the status quo
