Compensation: $90K–$135K base + potential bonus, depending on experience. Our client is flexible for the right person and places greater emphasis on finding the right fit than hiring strictly by title or compensation.
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed global organization operating across multiple industries and international markets. With an aggressive acquisition strategy and continued expansion, the company offers an exciting environment for finance professionals who enjoy variety, challenges, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
As the organization continues to acquire and integrate businesses, there are significant opportunities to improve processes, implement new systems, and enhance financial visibility across its domestic and international operations.
Perks of the Role
- M&A & Strategic Exposure: Participate in acquisition integrations and gain hands‑on experience with debt and capital structure, foreign exchange, corporate insurance, and treasury operations.
- Professional Development & Career Growth: Work directly with an experienced treasury leader who enjoys mentoring and providing opportunities to learn, take ownership of new projects, and grow into additional responsibilities. Continued expansion creates potential future leadership opportunities.
- Variety & Autonomy: This is not a narrowly defined treasury position. You'll gain exposure to accounting, financial analysis, banking, systems implementations, automation, and cross‑functional projects.
- Opportunity to Make an Impact: Help improve reporting, develop processes, implement new systems, and create efficiencies across a growing global organization.
- Work-Life Balance: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite/1 remote). While occasional additional hours may be required during month‑end, acquisitions, or special projects, regularly working 50–60‑hour weeks is not the expectation.
- Collaborative Culture: This is a company that values the right teammate over titles. Everyone works together to get the job done, and the CFO is personally invested in the team, participating in the interview process for every Finance & Accounting hire.
